Answer and Making a call

Making an outside call:

1. Dial 9 followed by the phone number.
2. Press the green TALK button.

Making an internal call:

1. Dial the extension of the person who you are trying to reach.
2. Press the green TALK button.

Conference Calls

Starting a conference call:

1. Press the GREEN Talk button while the call is active.
2. Dial the number of the next party. (Internal or External)
3. Press CONFERENCE (Icon of three people) to add the new party to the call.
4. Repeat steps above to add further participants. (Up to 32)

Building a Conference Group:

1. Press the settings button (button with an icon of a gear).
2. Scroll to CONF GUIDE and press OK.
3. Scroll to ADD GROUP and press OK.
4. Name the group, then press OK.
5. When it says “ADD PART?” press OK.
6. When IT SAYS “PART NAME”, enter the name of the person you are adding.
7. When it says “PART NUMBER”, enter the number of the person you are adding.
8. Press the GEAR icon to exit.

Calling a conference Group:

1. Press the conference button (Icon of three people).
2. Choose which group you want to call.
3. Press OK twice.

Using Contacts

Adding a Contact to Your Phone Book:

1. Press the settings button (button with an icon of a gear).
2. Scroll to Phone Book and press OK.
3. Scroll to Add Contact and press OK.
4. Enter the name and number and press OK.

Using Your Call Log:

1. Press the down arrow.
2. Scroll to the person that you wish to call.
3. Press the GREEN talk button to call that person.
