ESI Analog Single Line Telephone User Instructions

Basic Operations

To place a call on hold:

1. Press FLASH followed by * * *.
2. Listen for line number.
3. Hang up.

To pick up a held call:

1. Press FLASH followed.
2. Press FLASH followed by * *.
3. Press the number for the line holding. (ex: 5)

To Transfer a call:

1. Press the FLASH button.
2. Press the extension number.
3. Hang up.

To Listen to your voicemail messages:

1. Press the TALK button.
2. Press 1 then wait to hear auto attendant.
3. Press *.
4. Dial your extension number.

To pick up a ringing phone:

1. Press the TALK button.
2. Press *.
3. Dial the extension you want to answer.

To Transfer a caller to someone else's voicemail:

1. Press the FLASH button.
2. Press #.
3. Dial the extension number.
4. Hang up.

To page all phone:

1. Press the TALK button.
2. Dial # 0.
